CANCELLATION POLICY
To maintain the quality of our service and respect for all clients' time, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:
24+ Hours Notice
Cancellations made with at least 24 hours notice will receive a 50% refund of the deposit.
Late Cancellations
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will forfeit the deposit.
No-Shows
If you fail to show up for your appointment, the full deposit will be forfeited.
Rescheduling
Appointments can be rescheduled once with 24 hours notice without penalty.
